What: The ability to move the student from one course to another in a teacher's schedule, only if the courses have the same fee.
Why: Use this feature if you want to move one or more students from one course/group to another course/group with the same fee.
How: In order to be able to move students between courses, the right ‘CAN_MOVE_STUDENTS_SAME_FEE’ must be added to the users profile before hand.
To move your students, follow these steps:
Step 1: Navigate to the teachers schedule view, make sure you are in the correct week that you want the move to start from
- Click on the booking with the student you want to move
- Click the three dots
Click ‘Move student(s)’
Step 2: Drag the students to their new course(s)
- The students from the booking should now be showing on the left-hand side of the schedule.
You can drag students into an existing course, or drag and drop students into an empty space in the schedule to create a new course there.
