Enabling discount applications

What? This allows students and guardians to apply for a discount application online that can be linked to a course.
Why? Creating a discount application online makes it easier for families to apply for music lesson discounts, while allowing staff to review and manage applications efficiently in one place. 
How? Follow the steps below to access and enable discount applications

To start you need to navigate to 'Settings'.

 Then 'Registration' and finally click 'Discount Application'

Here you can choose whether the applications should be active or not, allowing you to open them only during a specific time period. 

When applications are active, several settings need to be configured.

Step 1

  • Click the ‘Discount Application’ link to configure the text
  • To be able to change the information you want to gather on your application. 

  • Now you can define what information you want from the applicants by navigating to the ‘Questions’ tab and creating questions that need to be completed.

  • The different field types have different possibilities. The dropdown allows you to predefine different answers:

  • Here you can then freely choose how much information and what information you need to process the applications, creating new questions as you go.

  • When uploading files, it must be in these formats with a maximum file size: 1024 MB.
