Why? Applying for instrument hire allows students to access a quality instrument without the high upfront cost of purchasing one. It gives learners the opportunity to practice regularly, participate fully in lessons, and develop their musical skills over time at an affordable cost.
How? Follow the steps below to access and enable applications for instrument hire
Step 1
Navigate through ‘Settings’, ‘Registration’ and then ‘Instrument hire request’. Here you can choose whether the applications should be active or not, allowing you to open them only during a specific time period.
- Click the ‘Instrument Hire’ link to configure the text and then enable ‘Edit Mode’ through clicking in the little box next to the words.
By clicking the pencil in the box you can edit the text you want your parents/guardians to see when applying.
Now you can define what information you want from the applicants by navigating to the ‘Questions’ tab and creating questions that need to be completed. Ensuring all the required fields are populated.
