What: When a lesson is cancelled, it is possible to reschedule the lesson for another day/time for either the original teacher or a cover teacher.
Why: This can help ensure students receive the correct number of lessons they are required.
How:
Follow the steps below to reschedule a cancelled booking:
- To reschedule a cancelled booking, the cancellation must be made with a Cancellation Cause that is setup to trigger a reschedule lesson – these are set under “Cancellation Causes” in the ''Booking'' section of Settings.
- To learn how to cancel a lesson, please see our guide “How to cancel a booking”
- Go to the teacher’s schedule (either the original or cover teacher).
- Clicking the “Planning Mode” tab.
On the left-hand side you will find the lesson that is to be rescheduled under the “Unplanned Bookings'' section.
- Drag the reschedule booking onto the teacher’s timetable for the relevant day/time, check the time is correct before clicking “Place”.
