Edit booking

What: You can make adjustments to a booking that you have already created. 

Why: For example, you can:

  • Add students or teachers
  • Change the venue
  • Add or remove course sections from the booking
  • Change the booking settings

How:

To edit a booking, please follow the below steps:

  1. Under “Resources”, clicking “Booking” where you will find all the bookings that are in the system. 

  2. Search for the relevant booking and then click to edit

NOTE: You can also find the booking in a teacher’s schedule, where you can click the booking and the “Edit” pencil icon to make changes.

  1. If navigated here from the “Bookings” menu, please check the date to ensure you are editing the correct one.
  2. Toggle the “Include future instances” button to determine whether any changes you make apply to the selected date only, or to the selected date and onwards
  3. On the “Tuition Info” tab, you can change the “Title”, “Owner”, and items relating to “Time and Venue”.
  4. In the “Teachers” tab you can add and remove teachers from the entire course or change teachers for a specific course section.
  5. With the "Students" tab, you can add students to the course.
  6. On the “Resources” tab,  you can add and remove rooms for the entire booking series or change rooms for a specific lesson.
  7. In The “Registration Settings” tab (which is only available in course bookings) you can change what should be visible in the Course Catalogue, change the description of the course, change the application method and adjust age restrictions.
  8. With the "Booking Planner” tab,  you can change the day on specific bookings. Here you can also temporarily change the day of a booking, and add and remove bookings.
