What does the function mean?
In addition to courses, you can also add ‘Adhoc Bookings’ to the program, such as meetings, performances and more.
Why should I use this feature?
‘Adhoc Bookings’ are linked to a different curriculum than the one used for the courses. This makes it possible to schedule meetings, performances, rehearsals, and other events on weekends and holidays too.
Adding bookings with different booking types to the schedule gives you a good overview of all work-related activities and makes it easier to track.
How do I create an ‘Adhoc Booking’
1-
- Double-click in the schedule in the time slot you want to create a booking.
- Select ‘Adhoc Booking

*If you choose to add teachers to the booking, the booking will also appear in their schedule. *
*If you choose to add students to the booking, you can track attendance for those students in the same way as you do for participants in a course. *
