If you need to make a teaching day a non teaching day you can do that by following the steps below:
- Remove the extra day in the 'School Year Plan'
- Add the new date when the teaching will take place
- Create the new bookings on the new date
1) In Settings/ Holiday & School year plan:
2) In each calendar that you have you will need to do the following:
Remove the date that you do not want any tuition to take place:
Add a blue blob to the date you would like the lessons to be transferred to:
Once you have added in the new date, click on the 3 strips and then check bookings not within teaching :
The system will then look at the next available blue date to place the lesson to:
If you are happy with the above then click on 'Auto allocate the listed bookings'
