What: The ability to assign students to a teacher so that they can be scheduled.
Why: If our teachers need to schedule students themselves and cannot start them directly from the waiting list, then they will need to be assigned to the teachers first.
How: Assigning students to a teacher involves going through the waiting list and following this process.
Step by Step :-
- Click on the “Waiting List” tab
- Select the students you want to assign to a teacher (be aware of the different waiting list types while searching)
- Click “Assign”
- Search and select the teacher who will be teaching the students and click "Save".
5. The student will then appear on the side of the selected teachers timetable ready for them to be dragged and dropped into a lesson slot.
6. You can then complete the booking as per the normal steps
