For this functionality to work you will have to ask our Support team to activate the F_OVERWRITE_FEE Feature in your database.
The overwrite fee functionality let's you overwrite the fee that is triggered as standard for instrument hire and Ensembles.
Instrument hire
- Select the student data card
- Go to the tab "Hired Instrument"
- Select "Add hire instrument"
- When filling out the form for the hire Instrument you have the option "Overwrite fee for this student"
- Once selected you have a drop down availiable to select a alternative fee.
Ensembles
- Select the ensemble data card
- Select "Add student from waiting list" or "Add student"
- Before adding students select the option "Overwrite fee for this student" and select the alternative fee for the student(s).
- When selecting students to add to the ensemble all the students you select will recieve the alternative fee.
