What? The Help Center is SpeedAdmin's portal for articles, tickets, and other materials. When you try to access the Help Center or from inside SpeedAdmin, you have to sign in once.
Why? After logging in once, your sign-in will be remembered. This saves you from having to remember and enter a password for the Help Center at every login, so you can jump straight from SpeedAdmin to articles, support tickets, and release notes.
How? Follow the steps below to access the Help Center.
Step 1: Navigate to the articles as you normally would
Try to access the Help Center either through the system directly (strg+q), or directly through the Help Center Website.
Step 2: Sign in

In the Help Center window, put in the email adress with which you are signed into SpeedAdmin.
If you are unsure which email you are signed up with, you can view and edit it under "My profile":
- After putting in your email adress, click on "Send verification email". An email will be sent to you that contains a 6-digit number. This step might take a few minutes. If you did not recieve an email, click "Resend code".
- Put in the code and click "Verify code".
- You are now signed and can access the Play! guides, release notes, and your tickets.
