1. Create the base course for the WCET groups
Settings - Course -
Create a course as you would like it to be displayed for the school when requesting new whole class.
- We suggest you add all WCET courses into a separate "Category".
- IMPORTANT to select "WholeClassTuition" in the School category
- Add a type and consider to create specific types for WCET courses.
- If you wish to charge the schools a fixed price use the "Tuition fee" column. If different fixed prices you can control by having different course types assign to the course.
2. Create the actual Whole class session ("Ensemble") for each school
Search - Ensemble -
- Select the base course the ensemble should refer to.
- Add title to be able to differentiate
- Adjust number of lessons and minuts.
- Assign school
- Select payment start/end date to control how many rates shall be charged for (fixed fee)
- Possible to add number of students (Anonymous, PP, SEN)
When created the "Ensemble" add the teacher(s) to the teacher tab.
It is now possible to book in the assigned teacher(s) timetable.
These Ensembles will now be displayed on the schools profile - tab"Ensembles". Or possible to filter by category and school on Search - Ensemble to get a quick overview.
Be aware that the functionally for "Fixed fees" is a feature support will need to activate.
