Frequently asked questions
I forgot to tick the box "Update existing bookings". How do I now ensure that students who were already in a booking linked to the subject receive the new fee?
Then you need to change the fee manually for each affected student:
- Go to the student’s record
- Here you can see that the student still has the old fee as it is now marked with a green border and a dollar sign
- To change the fee for the students, follow the guide "Change fee on student".
