What does the feature do?
You can use StudyPlanner to communicate with your students and share materials and instructions with them.
Why should I use this feature?
To give your students easy access to all the materials and information they need.
How do I work with StudyPlanner?
When you are in a StudyPlanner, you have several options. You can:
- Create a new post
- Write comments, e.g. what you have done in the lesson or what you plan to do next. The comments are not visible to students/guardians.
- Create a related StudyPlanner for one or more members in the booking, for example if you want to give special instructions, tasks or support without others seeing it.
- Edit the booking – which takes you to the same window as when you created the booking and allows you to add/remove members and change settings for the StudyPlanner.
If you choose to create a post, you can select media from your library in SpeedAdmin or directly from your computer or mobile phone.
Once you have created a post, you can write comments to the students in the post. If you have allowed it in the settings, members can reply to your comment or comment on the post themselves.
