- Access / use via app
- Pupil's use of the Study Plan
Video introduction to the Study planner:
1. Setting up / Activating
To enable the Study planner, go to Settings -> Settings -> Enable Features and Activate Button for Learning Platform and then Chat.
This creates a menu item on both the student and teacher login. If you want to use a different name for the feature, this can be manually customized on Settings - Menu
In addition, the "Chat in studyplan" rights is granted to both students and teachers when Chat is enabled. This allows teachers and students to see the chat window to the right in their lesson plan (see more about chat below)
It is the individual teacher who decides whether a student / guardian can answer chats (Two-way)
If you want automatic notification to be sent to students and/or parents, when a new study or chat is added, this can be activated on Settings - Notification subscription settings:
This is recommended for both teachers and student / guardians so that they are kept informed of what is going on in their study plans. It should be adjusted as needed as to how fast you want the notifications to go out for each action.

If "Live video" is desired in the Study planner, Speedadmin support must be contacted to activate this. There is consumption fee on live video. Prices are stated by contacting support.
When video chat is activated, rights are added for teachers to start and participate in video conversation, and for students to participate.
In addition, the super user will be able to see video consumption under Support - Video usage
2. The teacher's use of the Study Plan
Front page
When the teacher first goes to the Study Plan, a presentation film of the features will be shown. This can be chosen to click away.
There will be a study plan for each lesson and/or ensemble that a student participates in. For ensembles, all students in the ensemble will have access to the same studyplan and thus information shared in this room.
Teaching must be booked in the schedule to appear on the Study Plan!
The first 10 upcoming teaching bookings will be listed in chronological order:
If you want to see all students, you can choose "Show all courses", by which all students show up - grouped by course.
Finally, it is also possible to choose to add or edit studies or studyplans
The study library is the teacher's personal library of individual studies created over time, and the
Study plan library are the collections of individual studies that have been grouped by the teacher.
Study plan for the student/Ensemble
Clicking on a student or ensemble name, the study plan for that student and course will open. In each study plan you will find information about the individual booking, as well as teachers and students who have access to the specific plan:
In addition, there are a number of studies planned, active or done by the student:
Each study has a status that you can use to filter and make visible to the student what to work on. Lessons with the status "Extra (Hidden)" cannot be seen by the student
The individual study
For each study it is possible to add:
- A title
- Written guidance
- Links - (Links from youtube and the like will play directly in the study plan)
- Attachments (max 100 MB per file)
When a study is created, it can be assigned to each student without saving, but one can also choose to save it to their study library, whereby the same study can easily be assigned to other students afterwards in their study plan.
It is possible to edit a study after it is assigned to a student - these changes will not be saved in the original lesson, but only on that student.
Chat
On the right is a chat that will be visible to those who have the right ("Chat in Study plan").
The teacher can decide whether the individual student / guardian should be able to answer in the chat by selecting "Two-way" at the top of the chat.
In addition, it is possible to tag messages, by pressing "Chat" on the lesson and then writing in the chat.
If students have the opportunity to respond to the chat, they will be able to upload files to the teacher in the chat.
Be aware that if it is a group/ensemble studyplan, all students will see all chats + attached files
Live video
If the superuser/admin allows "Live video" to be used, each teacher will be able to activate a call directly from the individual study plan, which students can then participate in. If the stuyd plan for a group/ensemble, all students on the group will be able to participate simultaneously.
Live video -> Start meeting
Approve that browser may use camera and microphone.
After this, live video is active and students can now participate:
It is possible to use full screen, turn on / off microphone and camera and share screen (browser controlled).
It is then possible to give feedback at the meeting. And meeting information can be seen in the chat.
