Bulk handle discontinuations (Hantera flera avregistreringar åt gången)
It is now possible to bulk handle discontinuation requests. We have made a specific page for this. The page can be found under the “task icon” (inbox) in the menu bar for super users and on the “tasks page”.
On the page there is a filter where it is possible to filter based on “how” the school received the request.
Ad-hoc; means that a parent has requested discontinuation from the landing page on a specific lesson.
Scheduled; means that a parent has said “no” to continue on an active lesson in regard to re-sign up.
With these two filters the school can distinguish between the requests. Behind the scenes it will both be handled as a discontinuation.
With this new page, we have removed the “discontinuation request” filter from the student search grid.
Modals now open centered in screen (Popup-fönster öppnas mitt på skärmen)
The modal should now be centered relative to the visible area to ensure a consistent and user-friendly experience (you won't have to scroll to find the pop-up screen).
Email to teachers when students discontinue on a booking (Lärare får mail när elever slutar)
When a student stops on a booking, all teachers assigned to that booking will get an email notification so they know that the student will stop and when and on which lesson.
Change base course on a booking (Byta ämne på en kurs)
It is now possible to change the base course on a booking. To change the base course, click on the booking in the schedule, click on the 3-dots and click on the “change offering on booking” button.
It is only possible to select base courses that have the same fee as the original one and you can't change it from individual to ensemble and vice versa.
Re-scheduled lesson will now be deleted if the cancelled booking has been restored (Ombokad lektion raderas när den avbokade bokningen återskapas)
If a re-scheduled lesson has been created based on a cancelled lesson. The re-scheduled lesson will now be automatically deleted if the cancelled booking has been restored.
Accept active courses (re-sign up) (Bekräfta aktiva kurser (återanmälan))
It is now possible to set up some re-sign up periods where the parents can "accept" to continue on an active booking or not.
In general, it works in 3 ways:
- If the parent accepts to continue on the booking, nothing happens, and the student will stay on the booking.
- If the parent says no to continue, a discontinuation request will be made and can be handled from the “bulk handling discontinuation” page. In general, this will be treated as a discontinuation in the same way if the parent at another time requests a discontinuation.
- If the parent does not answer within the re-sign up period, the admins can go to a page and see who did not answer and take action. This page can be found under the “task icon” (inkorgen) in the menu bar -> Accept-Spot Unanswered grid. Here it is possible to either accept the spot for the parent or do a discontinuation immediately.
Setup periods
To set up the re-signup periods, go to settings -> School & Term -> Accept spot settings (if you don't see this function, contact SpeedAdmin who will add the feature F_OFFERING_REREGISTRATION)
In Accept spot settings, you can set up he periods and the reminders. Work in the same way as when accepting the waiting list offer.
Widget on super user landing page to see those who has not yet answered
On the super user landing page a new widget has been implemented. It shows the numbers of guardians that have not yet answered. Click on the widget and it will redirect you to the page where it is possible to see who have not answered.
