Teaching periods restrict access to non-visible periods.
On the schedule:
If the guardian or student moves into a week where the teaching period is not visible, an info box shows that the period is not visible yet, due to planning.
On the guardians and students landing page:
If the next lesson of a booking is in a teaching period that is not visible, we still show the lesson on the landing page, but with a text saying that the next lesson is not planned yet.
On the season planner tab on the edit booking page:
Now it is the teaching periods that are shown and toggled through. Periods that are not visible are still shown so admins can do planning ahead.
Show homeschool and class on waiting list details
On the waiting list page we now show the homeschool and class for the student, when you expand a waiting list entry.
Profile image on students, guardians, teachers and user
It is now possible to upload a profile image to the resources in Play! Can be uploaded from the profile page and the edit modal.
We also show the image on the search grids and on the profile page. Also shown in the menu next to the name (upper right corner).
Renew waiting list offer
It is now possible to ask the guardians to update if they want to continue on a waiting list offer.
There are two ways this can be done:
1. Ongoing renewal. On the settings page -> Registration -> Waiting list settings a new tab has been made, called “Re-Registration setup”. Here it is possible to add “days between acceptance”. This means after how many days the students must confirm they still want to be on the waiting list.
Example: If you write 30 and a student enters the waiting list 1 April 2025 the guardian needs to confirm that the student still wants to be on the waiting list per 31 April 2025.
It will show on the landing page for the guardian when there are waitinglist offers that need to be renewed.
If the guardian says no the student will immediately be removed from the waiting list (made inactive).
If the guardian says yes nothing happens. We create a timestamp in the database and the student continues on the waiting list.
2. One time deadline. If the school wants to get the waiting lists updated on a specific day they can click on the button “Set a onetime deadline” (on the settings page). A modal with information is then shown where a number can be added and a deadline for renewal will be set. Then the guardians can answer on the landing page in the same way described above in the “Ongoing renewal process”. This will mean that all active waiting list offers need to be accepted again.
It is possible to set up reminders for the guardians on a specific day before the deadline, both for “Ongoing Flow” and “One Time deadline flow”. It is also possible to select an email template that will be used for the reminder. The setup of this is also done from the settings -> Registration -> Waiting list settings.
