This guide will show you how to add a logo and colours for your registration page, as well as creating the different texts that appear throughout the registration process.
Adding logos/photos to your Settings is covered in our ‘System Settings and Email set-up’ guide.
Selecting a logo for your registration page (Settings > Registration setup > General)
Once you have uploaded any images under (System) Settings > Logo/Photos, you can then select one as your main service logo to appear on your student registration page.
- On the right-hand side of the Registration setup > General tab, select ‘Edit school logo’:
This will take you to the (System) Settings > Logo/Photos tab.
- You will then see the option to ‘Select logo’ on available images. Click to select the one you want to use as your student registration page logo:
The selected logo will then appear in the top left-hand corner of your registration page:
Colours for your student registration page
You may customise your student registration page by selecting two colours as the background colours of your ‘spots’, as well as selecting white or black text on top of these.
To change your two colours, please provide the HEX codes or RBG numbers for your primary and secondary background colours. Please confirm whether the text used with these should be white or black. SpeedAdmin will then update your colour settings for you.
Editing texts for your registration page (Settings > Registration setup > Texts)
Throughout the registration process, there are a number of different texts that appear to your students/parents, including T&Cs and registration confirmation texts.
You can amend each of these by selecting ‘Edit’ on the relevant text item:
Here you can amend the font, add images and hyperlinks. We recommend using hyperlinks for items such as service T&Cs so that your students are taken directly to your service website and you then only need to update any changes in one place:
When you are finished editing each section, click Save before moving on to the next one.
